摘要
本文总结1例手指点穴联合葫芦灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的报告。基于中医“温通经络，健脾和胃”理论，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，通过实施手指点穴联合葫芦灸疗法，同时配合饮食指导、运动指导及心理护理等综合干预，有效缓解患者上腹部隐痛、腹胀及嗳气等症状，具有临床操作安全、患者依从性高的优点，以期为缓解脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的护理提供借鉴。
Abstract
This report summarizes the therapeutic outcomes of finger acupressure combined with calabash moxibustion in managing a patient with epigastric pain attributed to spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome. Guided by the TCM principles of "warming meridians to activate Qi and strengthening the spleen to harmonize the stomach，" the intervention integrated syndrome-differentiated nursing with finger acupressure at selected acupoints （e.g.， Zusanli ST36， Zhongwan CV12） and calabash moxibustion therapy. Complementary strategies including dietary modification， exercise guidance， and psychological support were implemented. The combined approach significantly alleviated symptoms of dull epigastric pain， abdominal distension， and belching， demonstrating high clinical safety and patient compliance. This case provides a referential model for TCM nursing interventions targeting deficiency-cold type epigastric disorders.
