摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩改善湿热内蕴型类风湿关节炎患者手部功能障碍的护理体会。通过观察患者手关节疼痛、肿胀及活动度，实施中药膏摩联合辨证施护，有效改善患者手部疼痛、晨僵时间、握力及关节活动度等症状，提高患者生活质量，体现中医外治法“内外同治、通络止痛”的优势。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using herbal ointment massage to improve hand dysfunction in a patient with dampness-heat accumulation type rheumatoid arthritis. By observing the patient's hand joint pain， swelling， and range of motion， a combination of herbal ointment massage and syndrome-differentiated nursing was implemented. This approach effectively alleviated symptoms such as hand pain， morning stiffness duration， grip strength， and joint mobility， thereby enhancing the patient's quality of life. The results highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese external therapies in "treating both internal and external aspects and promoting meridian dredging and pain relief."
