摘要
本文报告1例重症肺炎合并复杂难治性压疮患者的成功护理经验。患者因重症肺炎、低蛋白血症导致全身状况恶化，并发骶尾部复杂压疮伴感染，常规护理效果不佳。针对患者复杂病情及压疮特点，实施个性化护理方案联合负压封闭引流（VSD）技术。在多学科团队协作下，经过精心治疗与系统性护理干预，患者肺部感染得到有效控制，营养状况显著改善，复杂压疮创面肉芽组织生长良好，感染消除，最终实现创面愈合，治疗54 d后顺利出院。
Abstract
This article presents a successful nursing experience of a patient with severe pneumonia complicated by complex refractory pressure ulcers. Due to severe pneumonia and hypoalbuminemia， the patient's systemic condition deteriorated， leading to infected sacrococcygeal complex pressure ulcers that were unresponsive to conventional care. A personalized nursing protocol combined with vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） technology was implemented based on the patient’s complex condition and ulcer characteristics. Through multidisciplinary collaboration and systematic interventions， the patient achieved effective control of pulmonary infection， significant improvement in nutritional status， robust granulation tissue growth in the ulcerated area， and complete infection resolution. The wounds ultimately healed， and the patient was discharged after 54 days of treatment.
