摘要
本文总结1例应用耳部刮痧联合失眠推拿改善肝火扰心型失眠患者的护理经验，护理要点包括整体护理评估、常规护理、情志指导，以及中医耳部刮痧和失眠推拿。采用睡眠障碍评定量表（Sleep Disorders Rating Scale， SDRS）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale， HAMA）进行效果评价，经过21 d中医辨证施护后，患者失眠症状及焦虑程度均显著改善。本文旨在探讨耳部刮痧联合失眠推拿对肝火扰心型失眠患者的疗效，以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with insomnia due to liver fire disturbing the heart treated with auricular scraping combined with insomnia massage. Key nursing interventions included holistic nursing assessment， routine care， emotional counseling， as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） auricular scraping and insomnia-specific massage. Therapeutic outcomes were evaluated using the Sleep Disorders Rating Scale （SDRS） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）. After 21 days of TCM syndrome-differentiated nursing， the patient's insomnia symptoms and anxiety levels significantly improved. This study explores the efficacy of auricular scraping combined with massage for insomnia due to liver fire disturbing the heart， providing a clinical reference for similar cases.
