摘要
本文总结1例糖尿病合并脱疽（气滞血瘀证）患者的中西医结合护理实践。通过综合护理评估与中医辨证，确立以下护理重点：①西医维度（下肢动脉造影明确血管病变、血糖动态监测、创面抗感染护理）；②中医维度（中药熏洗活血通络、艾灸温经散寒）；③整合护理（饮食调控、情志调摄联合疼痛管理）。经系统性干预，患者下肢疼痛、皮温降低等缺血症状显著改善，足部溃疡愈合加速。本案例验证中西医协作在糖尿病脱疽管理中的协同价值，为临床提供可复制的护理路径。
Abstract
This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine nursing approach for a diabetic patient with gangrene （Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome）. Through comprehensive nursing assessment and TCM syndrome differentiation， the following key interventions were implemented： （1） Western medicine measures （lower limb arteriography for vascular evaluation， dynamic blood glucose monitoring， and anti-infection wound care）； （2） TCM therapies （herbal fumigation and washing to promote blood circulation and remove stasis， and moxibustion to warm meridians and dispel cold）； （3） Integrated nursing strategies （dietary regulation， emotional regulation， and pain management）. After systematic intervention， the patient showed significant improvement in ischemic symptoms such as lower limb pain and decreased skin temperature， along with accelerated healing of foot ulcers. This case demonstrates the synergistic value of TCM-Western medicine collaboration in managing diabetic gangrene and provides a replicable clinical nursing pathway.
