摘要
本文总结1例胸痛患者治疗中的人文关怀护理干预措施，通过整合人文关怀理念、中医特色护理技术及基础舒适护理方案，构建多维度干预策略。旨在减轻患者胸痛症状，缓解患者焦虑情绪，改善患者睡眠质量，进而提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the humanistic care nursing interventions implemented in the treatment of a patient with chest pain. By integrating the concept of humanistic care， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） characteristic nursing techniques， and basic comfort care strategies， a multidimensional intervention approach was developed. The interventions aimed to alleviate the patient's chest pain symptoms， reduce anxiety， improve sleep quality， and ultimately enhance the patient's overall quality of life.
