摘要
本文总结1例情志护理联合穴位按摩改善PICC置管困难的护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，置管前应用穴位按摩技术刺激相应穴位，并配合情志护理及健康指导，达到缓解患者紧张心理的效果，同时将置管时的体位进行调整，可明显减轻患者的不舒适，缩短困难置管患者的置管时间。经过46 d的精心护理与治疗后，患者好转出院。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case involving acupoint massage and emotional care to address PICC catheterization difficulty. Based on comprehensive nursing assessment， acupoint massage was applied before catheterization to stimulate specific points， combined with emotional support and health guidance to alleviate patient anxiety. Adjustments to the catheterization posture further reduced discomfort and shortened the procedure time for difficult cases. After 46 days of meticulous care， the patient showed significant improvement and was discharged.
