摘要
本文旨在从临床护理角度，结合1例典型病例，探讨揿针联合红光治疗蛇串疮（带状疱疹）的护理体会，系统阐述该联合疗法的护理要点、操作规范及效果评价，为临床护理工作提供参考。通过全面评估患者状况、精准实施联合疗法、强化疼痛管理与皮肤护理、注重心理干预及健康指导等综合护理措施，可显著缓解患者疼痛、促进皮损愈合、改善生活质量。
Abstract
This article aims to explore the nursing experience of press needle therapy combined with red light irradiation for herpes zoster （shingles） from a clinical nursing perspective， based on a typical case. It systematically elaborates on the key nursing points， operational standards， and efficacy evaluation of this combined therapy， providing a reference for clinical nursing practice. Through comprehensive patient assessment， precise implementation of the combined therapy， enhanced pain management and skin care， as well as psychological intervention and health guidance， the integrated nursing measures significantly alleviated pain， promoted lesion healing， and improved the patient's quality of life.
