摘要
本研究通过1例脓毒症休克伴腹泻患者的临床观察，探讨砭石疗法联合穴位贴敷等中医特色护理技术的应用效果。基于中医辨证施护原则，在常规西医治疗基础上，综合采用中药内服、砭石疗法及穴位贴敷等干预措施。结果显示，患者休克状态得到有效纠正，腹泻次数减少，中医证候积分显著改善。研究表明，该联合疗法通过温阳化湿、调和气血的双重作用机制，不仅能有效控制腹泻症状，还可改善微循环障碍，对脓毒症休克患者的血流动力学稳定具有协同增效作用。
Abstract
This study explores the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） characteristic nursing techniques， such as bianshi therapy and acupoint application， through the clinical observation of a patient with septic shock accompanied by diarrhea. Based on the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， the patient received a comprehensive intervention including oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine， bianshi therapy， and acupoint application in addition to conventional Western medical treatment. The results showed that the patient's shock state was effectively corrected， the frequency of diarrhea decreased， and the TCM syndrome score significantly improved. The study indicates that this combined therapy， through its dual mechanisms of warming yang and transforming dampness as well as regulating qi and blood， not only effectively controls diarrhea symptoms but also improves microcirculation disorders， exerting a synergistic effect on stabilizing hemodynamics in patients with septic shock.
