摘要
本文总结1例肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎肿瘤患者的护理经验。本例患者鼻痒，蚁行感难忍，双侧鼻塞，打喷嚏，流清涕，伴眼睛痒等过敏性鼻炎症状。通过头面部刮痧（期间未再服用抗过敏药物），1次/周，共治疗4周，从头、面部同治的角度出发，兼祛邪扶正，先从面部开泄腠理，引邪外出，快速缓解患者眼鼻过敏症状，再从头部调节卫气扶正，从根本解决患者过敏性鼻炎的发生，有效地缓解患者鼻痒、鼻塞等的症状，为肿瘤患者过敏性鼻炎的治疗提供思路，值得临床参考借鉴。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating allergic rhinitis （lung qi deficiency-cold type） in a cancer patient through facial and scalp Gua Sha therapy. The patient presented with intolerable nasal itching， bilateral nasal congestion， sneezing， clear rhinorrhea， and ocular pruritus. Without additional antihistamine use， the patient received weekly gua sha sessions （totaling 4 weeks） targeting both the face and scalp. The intervention adopted a dual approach： facial Gua Sha to open the interstices and expel pathogens， rapidly relieving ocular-nasal allergic symptoms； and scalp Gua Sha to regulate defensive qi and reinforce healthy qi， addressing the root cause of allergic rhinitis. This protocol effectively alleviated nasal itching and congestion， offering a novel therapeutic strategy for allergic rhinitis management in cancer patients， with potential clinical applicability.
