摘要

心系疾病在老年群体中的发病率一直居高不下，尤其是稳定性心绞痛，中医将其归为“胸痹心痛”范畴。中医常采用穴位贴敷疗法，通过使药力渗透并刺激穴位的方式治疗心系疾病。本文以1例“间断胸闷心悸6年余，加重2 d”的高龄稳定性心绞痛患者病例为分析基础，探讨穴位贴敷在稳定性心绞痛伴咳嗽患者中的选穴规律，观察患者接受穴位贴敷治疗后的病情变化，总结老年胸闷患者的临床护理经验，以期为提升穴位贴敷治疗稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效提供参考，进一步发挥中医外治法的作用。

Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases have maintained a high incidence among the elderly population， particularly stable angina pectoris， which is categorized as "chest obstruction and heart pain" in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. TCM often employs acupoint application therapy， where medicinal agents permeate and stimulate specific acupoints to treat cardiovascular conditions. This study analyzes a case of an elderly patient with stable angina pectoris presenting with "intermittent chest tightness and palpitations for over 6 years， aggravated for 2 days." It explores the principles of acupoint selection for stable angina pectoris complicated by cough， observes clinical changes post-treatment， and summarizes nursing experiences for elderly patients with chest tightness. The findings aim to enhance the clinical efficacy of acupoint application therapy for stable angina pectoris and further leverage the role of TCM external treatments.
