摘要

本文报告1例失禁性皮炎患者采用中医外治技术联合湿润烫伤膏外涂的护理过程。通过综合评估患者病情，制定个性化护理方案，采用创面清创、湿润烫伤膏外涂（每次便后涂抹，每日加涂3次，涂抹厚度1～2 mm），结合温灸器灸治（1次/d）、中药膏摩（1次/d）等外治技术，取得良好治疗效果，治疗11 d后患者创面愈合。护理过程中注重皮肤保护、疼痛管理与健康教育，为临床护理失禁性皮炎患者提供实践参考。

Abstract

This article reports the nursing care process for a patient with incontinence-associated dermatitis （IAD） treated with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment techniques combined with topical application of moist exposed burn ointment （MEBO）. Based on a comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition， a personalized nursing care plan was developed， incorporating wound debridement and topical application of MEBO （applied after each episode of incontinence with three additional daily applications at a thickness of 1-2 mm）， in conjunction with external therapeutic techniques including warm moxibustion device therapy （once daily） and Chinese herbal ointment massage （once daily）. Favorable therapeutic outcomes were achieved， with complete wound healing observed after 11 days of treatment. Throughout the nursing care process， emphasis was placed on skin protection， pain management， and health education， providing a practical reference for the clinical management of patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis.
