摘要
本文总结1例重症代谢性脑病患者的中西医结合护理经验，针对患者血氨升高、意识障碍等核心症状制定个体化护理方案，核心护理要点包括监测生命体征、呼吸道护理、营养失调、抗感染护理、血滤治疗、预防潜在并发症护理、心理护理及中医特色护理。经过积极对症治疗及系统护理干预后，患者意识状态改善，血氨等代谢指标恢复正常，生命体征平稳，病情得到有效控制。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a patient with severe metabolic encephalopathy. An individualized nursing plan was formulated based on the core symptoms such as elevated blood ammonia and impaired consciousness. The key points of core nursing included monitoring vital signs， respiratory tract care， nutritional imbalance， anti-infection care， hemofiltration treatment， prevention of potential complications， psychological care， and traditional Chinese medicine-specific care. After active symptomatic treatment and systematic nursing intervention， the patient's consciousness improved， metabolic indicators such as blood ammonia returned to normal， vital signs were stable， and the condition was effectively controlled.
