摘要
本案例聚焦于1例混合痔术后患者因疼痛、恢复担忧产生焦虑情绪的个案报告，通过叙事护理这一具有人文关怀特色的干预方式，凸显个性化心理护理对术后患者整体康复的重要性。在护理实施过程中，首先通过耐心沟通与专业态度建立信任护患关系，完成对患者焦虑情绪来源、疾病认知程度及康复需求的护理评估；基于评估结果，确立“缓解焦虑、提升康复配合度”的护理诊断与目标，并制定针对性叙事护理计划。护理实施阶段以“倾听—重构—支持”为核心，认真倾听患者关于疾病痛苦、术后担忧的叙事，准确捕捉其心理诉求；同时提供持续的心理支持与康复指导。护理评价显示，患者焦虑情绪显著缓解，最终顺利出院，且随访期间恢复状况良好。本案例提示叙事护理能够有效搭建护患沟通桥梁，深入了解术后患者个体化心理需求，是改善其心理状态、提升治疗护理依从性的有效手段。本病例报告为临床护理人员提供混合痔术后患者心理护理的具体实践范例，证明叙事护理在外科术后患者护理中的应用价值，为丰富临床护理方法、提升护理质量提供有益参考。
Abstract
This case focuses on a single patient with mixed hemorrhoids who developed anxiety due to pain and concerns about recovery after the surgery. Through the narrative nursing intervention， which is characterized by humanistic care， the importance of personalized psychological care for postoperative patients' overall recovery is highlighted. During the implementation of the nursing process， a trusting nurse-patient relationship was established through patient-centered communication and professional attitude， and the nursing assessment of the source of the patient's anxiety， their understanding of the disease， and their rehabilitation needs was completed. Based on the assessment results， a nursing diagnosis and goal of "relieving anxiety and improving rehabilitation compliance" were established， and a targeted narrative nursing plan was formulated. The nursing implementation stage centered on "listening - reconstructing - supporting"， carefully listening to the patient's narratives about the pain of the disease and postoperative concerns， accurately capturing their psychological needs； at the same time， providing continuous psychological support and rehabilitation guidance. The nursing evaluation showed that the patient's anxiety significantly alleviated， and they were discharged successfully， with good recovery status during the follow-up period. This case suggests that narrative nursing can effectively build a communication bridge between nurses and patients， understand the individualized psychological needs of postoperative patients， and is an effective means to improve their psychological state and enhance treatment and nursing compliance. This case report provides a specific practical example of psychological care for postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids for clinical nursing staff， proves the application value of narrative nursing in postoperative patient care in surgery， and provides useful references for enriching clinical nursing methods and improving nursing quality.
