摘要

本文总结1例脂质水胶敷料与生长因子联合局部氧疗治疗1例艾灸烫伤皮肤感染坏死患者的护理体会。基于伤口管理的TIME管理原则，联合脂质水胶敷料与生长因子及局部氧疗，予患者护理、饮食指导、给药护理及情志护理等。出院后予患者延续护理，经过6次综合干预治疗，患者伤口部位皮肤创面完全愈合，有效缩短患者伤口愈合时间，效果显著，无不良反应。

Abstract

This article presents a nursing case study of a patient with moxibustion-induced burn complicated by skin infection and necrosis， treated with a combination of lipidocolloid dressing， growth factor， and topical oxygen therapy. Guided by the TIME wound management principles， the integrated intervention included specialized wound care， dietary guidance， medication administration， and psychological support. Post-discharge follow-up care was provided， and after six comprehensive treatment sessions， the wound achieved complete epithelialization without adverse effects， demonstrating significantly accelerated healing.
