摘要
本报告记录1例消渴病（2型糖尿病）合并顽固性便秘患者的护理过程。通过详细评估患者病情，运用中西医结合理念，制定并实施个性化护理方案，包括中医辨证施护（中药调理、穴位按摩、耳穴贴压疗法、膳食调护）与西医常规护理（血糖监测、用药护理、运动指导、健康教育）相结合。经过综合系统护理干预，患者便秘症状显著改善，血糖控制平稳，生活质量显著提升。本个案体现中西医结合护理在解决糖尿病复杂并发症方面的独特优势和良好效果。
Abstract
This report documents the nursing process of a patient with diabetes mellitus （type 2） who also suffered from stubborn constipation. Through a detailed assessment of the patient's condition， the concept of integrating Chinese and Western medicine was applied， and an individualized nursing plan was formulated and implemented， including traditional Chinese medicine-based care （such as herbal therapy， acupoint massage， ear acupuncture， dietary care） combined with conventional Western medical care （such as blood sugar monitoring， medication care， exercise guidance， health education）. Through comprehensive and systematic nursing intervention， the patient's constipation symptoms were significantly improved， blood sugar was controlled stably， and quality of life was significantly enhanced. This case demonstrates the unique advantages and good effects of integrative Chinese and Western medicine nursing in addressing complex complications of diabetes.
