摘要
本文针对1例脾胃气虚型虚秘患者，运用中医四诊合参进行辨证评估，在常规护理基础上，采用基于温阳补虚的护患同频砭石熨摩中药透入法进行护理干预。该技术结合中医外治法与音乐心理护理，调和气血、温阳益气，疏通经络的同时，通过护患节奏同步，改善患者情绪状态，提升治疗依从性。临床应用显示，该方法在改善排便情况、缓解焦虑抑郁症状方面具有良好效果，为虚秘患者的护理实践提供新的思路和手段。
Abstract
This report documents the nursing intervention for a patient with spleen-stomach qi deficiency-type constipation， assessed through TCM four-diagnosis differentiation. On the basis of routine care， a synchronized nurse-patient Bian stone ironing and herbal penetration therapy， rooted in warm-yang tonification principles， was applied. This technique integrates external TCM therapies with music-assisted psychological nursing to regulate qi-blood， warm yang and replenish qi， and unblock meridians， while enhancing emotional states and treatment compliance through rhythm synchronization between nurse and patient. Clinical outcomes demonstrated its efficacy in improving bowel movements and alleviating anxiety-depression symptoms， offering a novel approach for constipation-deficiency nursing practice.
