摘要
急性乳腺炎是乳腺管内和周围的结缔组织炎症。发病率高、起病急、病情发展迅速，严重者可致脓毒败血症。传统治疗操作步骤复杂、手法难以统一，过程中可能引起疼痛等不适，甚至加重症状。本例患者主要表现为乳房红肿明显、疼痛剧烈，乳汁堵塞，全身表现为畏寒、高热，因疼痛已无法行走。采用无痛手法通乳联合中药外敷、手指点穴等多种自然疗法为主要治疗手段，使患者结块消失、乳房松软、淤乳排尽、疼痛基本消失。因此，通过无痛手法通乳联合中药外敷等治疗，可提高乳房通畅程度，缓解乳房疼痛，减轻乳房肿胀，缓解产妇焦虑，提高纯母乳喂养率。
Abstract
Acute mastitis is an inflammatory condition of the mammary ducts and surrounding connective tissues， characterized by high incidence， rapid onset， and progression. Severe cases may lead to septicemia. Traditional treatments often involve complex procedures with inconsistent techniques， potentially causing pain or exacerbating symptoms. This case involved a patient presenting with significant breast redness， swelling， severe pain， and milk duct obstruction， accompanied by systemic symptoms such as chills and high fever. The pain was so intense that the patient could not walk. A combination of painless manual lactation therapy， Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） external application， and acupressure was employed as the primary intervention. The treatment resolved breast lumps， restored softness， completely drained stagnant milk， and nearly eliminated pain. Thus， the integrated approach of painless manual lactation therapy and TCM external application can improve mammary duct patency， alleviate breast pain and swelling， reduce maternal anxiety， and enhance exclusive breastfeeding rates.
