摘要

本文总结耳部基本手法推拿配合耳穴压丸治疗1例肝阳上亢型风眩患者的护理体会。基于以上中医操作，结合生活起居、病情观察及健康教育，患者头晕缓解，血压平稳，表明此护理方案可有效改善症状，提升患者生活质量，临床效果良好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of auricular massage combined with auricular acupoint pressure therapy in a patient with wind-dizziness of liver-yang hyperactivity type. Based on the aforementioned TCM interventions， integrated with lifestyle guidance， condition monitoring， and health education， the patient’s dizziness was alleviated and blood pressure stabilized. The results demonstrate that this nursing protocol can effectively improve symptoms and enhance quality of life， with favorable clinical outcomes.
