摘要
本文总结运用“除宛陈，通瘀壅”理论实施刺血拔罐治疗1例带状疱疹患者的护理经验。根据患者病情进展的不同阶段分为三个时期，在不同时期进行辨证施“穴”、辨证施“针”、辨证施“罐”，在传统的中医外治方法“刺络放血拔罐技术”的基础上，采用不同的刺络方法、部位及拔罐时间等，在促进创面愈合、减轻神经疼痛、缩短治疗时间等方面较传统技术收效较快，疗效显著。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying bloodletting and cupping therapy guided by the "Remove Stagnation， Unblock Obstruction" theory in the treatment of a herpes zoster patient. The patient's condition was divided into three stages， with differentiated acupoint selection， needling techniques， and cupping methods tailored to each phase. Building upon the traditional external treatment method of "bloodletting and cupping，" variations in bloodletting techniques， puncture sites， and cupping duration were employed. Compared to conventional approaches， this method demonstrated faster efficacy in promoting wound healing， alleviating neuropathic pain， and shortening treatment duration， yielding significant therapeutic outcomes.
