摘要

本研究总结1例腹部拔罐联合耳穴埋豆疗法治疗2型糖尿病腹型肥胖患者的中医护理经验。患者反复出现口干口渴、头晕，病程约5年。基于中医辨证，运用穴位拔罐联合耳穴埋豆治疗后，患者体重减轻、腹围缩小，伴随症状明显好转。本案例为中医护理技术治疗糖尿病腹型肥胖提供参考。

Abstract

This study summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing experience of a patient with type 2 diabetes and abdominal obesity treated with abdominal cupping and auricular acupressure. The patient， with a 5-year history of recurrent symptoms （e.g.， dry mouth， thirst， dizziness）， demonstrated significant improvement in weight， waist circumference， and associated symptoms after the combined therapy. This case provides a practical reference for TCM nursing techniques in managing diabetic abdominal obesity.
