摘要

溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative Colitis， UC）是一种慢性非特异性炎症性肠病（Inflammatory Bowel Disease， IBD），主要累及结肠和直肠的黏膜层，以反复发作的腹泻、黏液脓血便和腹痛为主要特征。本文对1例溃疡性结肠炎患者在完善各项临床检查基础上，实施穴位贴敷联合经直肠中药滴入，配合其他常规护理及治疗措施，有效缓解患者溃疡性结肠炎的临床症状。

Abstract

Ulcerative colitis （UC）， a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease （IBD）， primarily affects the mucosal layer of the colon and rectum， characterized by recurrent diarrhea， mucopurulent bloody stools， and abdominal pain. This report details the management of a UC patient through comprehensive clinical evaluation followed by combined therapy of acupoint herbal application and transrectal Chinese herbal infusion， supplemented with conventional nursing and treatment. The integrated approach effectively alleviated the patient's UC symptoms.
