摘要

本文总结1例腰椎椎管扩大减压植骨融合内固定术患者的围术期中西医结合护理经验。在常规西医护理基础上，术中注重保护肾俞等补肾穴位，术后联合耳穴压丸、经皮穴位电刺激等中医护理干预，并制定个体化护理计划。结果表明，中西医结合护理可显著缩短患者排气时间，改善情绪状态，并减少住院时间。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the perioperative integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for a patient undergoing lumbar spinal canal decompression with bone graft fusion and internal fixation. Based on conventional Western nursing care， intraoperative protection of kidney-tonifying acupoints such as Shenshu （BL 23） was emphasized， while postoperative interventions including auricular acupressure and transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation （TEAS） were combined with an individualized nursing plan. The results demonstrated that integrated nursing significantly reduced postoperative flatus time， improved emotional state， and shortened hospitalization duration.
