摘要

本研究聚焦1例91岁慢性肾脏病5期合并冠心病、脑梗死等多种基础疾病及后续感染、呼吸衰竭等并发症的高龄患者，详述中西医结合护理的临床实践。通过动态病情监测、精准对症护理、中医辨证施护及人文关怀，虽患者最终死亡，但护理过程为同类复杂病例积累经验，分析护理难点与改进方向，助力提升高龄多并发症肾病患者护理质量。

Abstract

This study details the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing approach for a 91-year-old patient with stage 5 chronic kidney disease （CKD5） complicated by coronary heart disease， cerebral infarction， and subsequent infections and respiratory failure. Through dynamic condition monitoring， precision symptom management， TCM syndrome differentiation-based interventions， and humanistic care， the case—though ultimately resulting in patient demise—provided valuable insights for managing similarly complex geriatric cases. The analysis of nursing challenges and improvement strategies aims to enhance care quality for elderly CKD patients with multiple complications.
