摘要
本文总结中药湿敷联合耳穴贴压在1例血瘀气滞型项痹患者中的应用体验。基于中医整体观念，在专科查体的基础上，通过中医四诊合参及评估量表提出护理问题，结合项痹中医护理方案进行辨证施护，采用中医特色护理技术中药湿敷联合耳穴贴压，以减轻患者颈部疼痛，改善麻木及焦虑症状，提高睡眠质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the clinical application of herbal compress combined with auricular acupressure in a patient with cervical spondylosis attributed to blood stasis and qi stagnation. Guided by the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， nursing interventions were implemented based on specialized physical examination， TCM four diagnostic methods， and standardized assessment scales. The integrated TCM nursing protocol， incorporating herbal compress and auricular acupressure， effectively alleviated neck pain， improved numbness and anxiety symptoms， and enhanced sleep quality.
