摘要
本文总结1例风寒痹阻型项痹患者应用温灸刮痧联合治疗的护理经验。通过系统评估患者症状，制定个体化护理方案，重点记录温灸刮痧的操作要点及辨证施护措施。结果显示，该疗法能有效缓解患者疼痛、改善局部循环，且无不良反应发生。本案例证实，温灸刮痧结合针对性护理可显著提升风寒痹阻型项痹的康复效果，其操作规范与护理要点可为同类病例提供临床借鉴。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of wind-cold obstruction type cervical spondylosis treated with a combination of warm moxibustion and gua sha. Through systematic assessment of the patient's symptoms， an individualized nursing plan was developed， with a focus on recording the key points of warm moxibustion and gua sha operations and syndrome differentiation-based nursing measures. The results showed that this therapy could effectively relieve the patient's pain， improve local circulation， and no adverse reactions occurred. This case confirmed that the combination of warm moxibustion and gua sha with targeted nursing can significantly enhance the rehabilitation effect of wind-cold obstruction type cervical spondylosis. The operation norms and nursing key points can provide clinical references for similar cases.
