摘要

本文总结1例乳痈早期疼痛患者的中医护理经验。患者为26岁女性，哺乳期出现左乳胀痛，皮肤红肿症状，经诊断为急性乳腺炎。在中医辨证理论指导下，通过实施手法通乳联合耳穴贴压治疗，配合饮食、情志护理等常规护理措施，有效缓解患者乳房疼痛及红肿症状。该方法具有不良反应少，安全性高等优势，且患者易于接受，治疗过程中未发生不良事件，患者对治疗效果满意。本案例验证中医外治法在乳痈早期治疗中的核心价值，为临床提供规范操作路径及循证依据。

Abstract

This article summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing experience in treating a 26-year-old lactating female patient with early-stage breast abscess （acute mastitis）， presenting with left breast distension， pain， and localized erythema. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation， the intervention combined manual lactation therapy （to unblock milk ducts） with auricular acupoint plaster therapy， supplemented by routine nursing measures such as dietary guidance and emotional regulation. The integrated approach effectively alleviated breast pain and inflammation without adverse effects， demonstrating high safety and patient compliance. The patient reported satisfaction with the outcomes. This case validates the clinical value of TCM external therapies in early-stage breast abscess management， offering a standardized operational protocol and evidence-based support for practice.
