摘要

本文报告1例脾肾阳虚型五更泻患者的中医护理经验。基于“肾为胃之关”理论，针对患者脾肾阳虚、关门不固的病机，采用隔姜葫芦灸技术温补脾肾、固肠止泻，并配合饮食调护及情志干预。经治疗7 d后，患者晨起泄泻症状明显缓解；治疗14 d后，泄泻症状完全消失，生活质量显著提升。

Abstract

This article reports the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing experience of a patient with morning diarrhea due to spleen-kidney yang deficiency. Based on the theory of "kidney as the gate of the stomach，" ginger-isolated gourd moxibustion was applied to warm and tonify the spleen and kidney， consolidate the intestines， and relieve diarrhea， combined with dietary regulation and emotional intervention. After 7 days of treatment， the patient’s morning diarrhea symptoms were significantly alleviated. By day 14， the diarrhea completely disappeared， and the patient’s quality of life markedly improved.
