摘要
本文总结子午流注理论指导下固元灸治疗1例气阴两伤型恶心呕吐患者的护理措施。固元灸是利用艾热与生姜的特点来发挥行气止痛、温经通络的效果，经子午流注理论指导下固元灸治疗，患者恶心呕吐、疼痛及焦虑症状缓解。
Abstract
This report summarizes the nursing interventions for a patient with nausea and vomiting due to qi-yin deficiency treated with Guyuan moxibustion under the guidance of the Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow （Zi Wu Liu Zhu） theory. Guyuan moxibustion combines the therapeutic effects of moxa heat and ginger to promote qi circulation， alleviate pain， and warm the meridians. After treatment， the patient’s symptoms of nausea， vomiting， pain， and anxiety were significantly relieved.
