摘要

本文总结1例外感发热患儿采用耳尖放血联合小儿推拿的综合护理体会。在常规护理基础上，实施中医特色护理技术，即耳尖放血联合小儿推拿治疗，并配合健康宣教。干预后48 h后，患者体温完全复常，未见不良反应。耳尖放血联合小儿推拿能迅速有效缓解小儿外感发热症状，且操作简便、安全可靠，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the comprehensive nursing experience of treating a febrile child with external contraction using ear tip bloodletting combined with pediatric massage. On the basis of routine nursing， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） characteristic techniques—ear tip bloodletting and pediatric massage—were implemented， supplemented by health education. Within 48 hours post-intervention， the child’s body temperature normalized completely without adverse reactions. The combination of ear tip bloodletting and pediatric massage proved rapid and effective in alleviating symptoms of pediatric external contraction fever， with advantages of simplicity， safety， and reliability， making it worthy of clinical promotion.
