摘要

本案例总结1例青少年双相情感障碍伴反复自伤行为的护理体会。通过中西医结合特色干预，包括分阶段行为替代训练（如弹力圈拉弹、冰袋握持）、中医情志护理（穴位按摩）及家庭参与指导，有效改善患者情绪和生理指标，随访显示患者情绪稳定，但社会功能恢复受限，提示需强化出院康复计划。

Abstract

This case report summarizes the nursing experience of an adolescent with bipolar disorder and recurrent self-harm behavior. Through integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine interventions—including staged behavioral substitution training （e.g.， elastic band snapping， ice pack holding）， traditional Chinese medicine emotional regulation （acupoint massage）， and family participation guidance—the patient's emotional and physiological indicators improved significantly. Follow-up revealed stabilized mood but limited social function recovery， suggesting the need for enhanced post-discharge rehabilitation planning.
