摘要
本文总结经穴推拿联合中药塌渍治疗1例脊髓栓系术后双下肢麻木抽搐患者的护理体会。患者在气管插管下行全麻神经电生理监测显微镜下脊髓栓系松解术、脊髓终丝切断术，术后诉双下肢麻木无力伴有痉挛，情绪激动，予经穴推拿联合中药塌渍治疗后不适缓解，患者康复出院。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of acupoint massage combined with herbal compress therapy in a patient with postoperative lower limb numbness and spasms following tethered cord release. The patient underwent microscopic tethered cord release and terminal filum sectioning under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation and neurophysiological monitoring， presenting postoperatively with bilateral lower limb numbness， weakness， and spasms accompanied by emotional agitation. After intervention with acupoint massage and herbal compress therapy， symptoms were alleviated， leading to successful rehabilitation and discharge.
