摘要
本文报道1例饮食不洁所致感染性腹泻患者的中西医结合护理实践。患者临床表现为腹泻、腹痛、发热及脱水，西医诊断为细菌性感染性腹泻，中医辨证属湿热泄泻。护理方案整合西医静脉补液、抗生素用药指导与中医辨证施护。干预3 d后，患者体温复常，腹泻频次减至1～2次/d成形便，腹痛VAS评分降至0～1分；5 d后复查示炎症指标、便常规及电解质均恢复正常，痊愈出院。本案例证实，中西医结合护理通过协同调控炎症反应与脾胃功能，可快速改善感染性腹泻症状，缩短病程，具有临床推广价值。
Abstract
This article reports the practice of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with infectious diarrhea caused by unclean diet. The patient presented with symptoms of diarrhea， abdominal pain， fever， and dehydration. The Western medical diagnosis was bacterial infectious diarrhea， and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis was damp-heat diarrhea. The nursing plan integrated Western medicine intravenous fluid replacement and antibiotic medication guidance with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment. After 3 days of intervention， the patient's body temperature returned to normal， the frequency of diarrhea decreased to 1-2 times per day with formed stools， and the VAS score for abdominal pain dropped to 0-1 point. After 5 days of re-examination， the inflammatory indicators， stool routine， and electrolytes all returned to normal， and the patient was discharged from the hospital completely recovered. This case demonstrates that integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing can rapidly improve the symptoms of infectious diarrhea by regulating the inflammatory response and the functions of the spleen and stomach， shortening the course of the disease， and has clinical promotion value.
