摘要
本文总结1例十二指肠良性肿瘤患者行胰头十二指肠切除Child重建术后的中西医整合营养调护经验。在围手术期实施基础护理与并发症管理的基础上，通过阶梯式营养干预策略，结合西医营养支持（保障必需营养底物供给）与中医辨证调护（调节消化生理节律），实现胃肠动力同步化及酶—底物接触效率优化，最终改善患者营养状态并促进术后康复。
Abstract
This article summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） nutrition management experience in a patient with benign duodenal tumor who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy with Child reconstruction. Based on perioperative basic care and complication management， a stepwise nutrition intervention strategy was implemented， combining Western nutritional support （to ensure essential nutrient supply） with TCM syndrome differentiation （to regulate digestive physiological rhythms）. This approach synchronized gastrointestinal motility and optimized enzyme-substrate contact efficiency， ultimately improving the patient's nutritional status and promoting postoperative recovery.
