目的

探讨基于KANO模型联合眼部刮痧在气郁型体质视神经萎缩患者中的应用效果。
方法
2
选取1例视神经萎缩患者，采用KANO模型评估其核心护理需求，并实施个性化中西医结合干预，包括眼部刮痧、情志调护及饮食指导。
结果
2
干预后患者视力显著提升，眼压稳定，视疲劳症状明显缓解，视野缺损进展得到有效控制。
结论

KANO模型联合眼部刮痧的中西医结合护理模式能够同步满足患者心理需求与功能康复，为视神经萎缩的临床护理提供新思路。
Abstract
Objective

To explore the application effect of KANO model combined with periocular Gua Sha in a patient with optic atrophy and qi-stagnation constitution.
Methods

A case of optic atrophy was selected， and the KANO model was used to assess the core nursing needs. Personalized integrated Chinese and Western medicine interventions were implemented， including periocular Gua Sha， emotional regulation， and dietary guidance.
Results

After the intervention， the patient showed significant improvement in visual acuity， stable intraocular pressure， marked relief of asthenopia symptoms， and effective control of visual field defect progression.
Conclusion

The integrated nursing model combining the KANO model with periocular Gua Sha can simultaneously address patients' psychological needs and functional rehabilitation， providing a new approach for the clinical nursing of optic atrophy.
