摘要
本文报告1例肝硬化失代偿期门静脉高压患者接受经颈静脉肝内门体分流术（TIPS）治疗期间的中西医结合康复护理实践。通过综合评估，采用TIPS介入治疗有效缓解门静脉高压症状并控制腹水。护理方案重点包括系统化的术前评估与准备，严密的术后并发症监测与预防，融合中医情志调护与症状管理。实施个体化、精准化的中西医结合护理后，患者门静脉压力得到显著改善，康复进程加快，最终获得良好预后。本案例为肝硬化失代偿期患者的围手术期管理提供中西医协同护理的实践参考。
Abstract
This article reports on the practice of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing during the treatment of a patient with decompensated liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension through transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt （TIPS）. Through comprehensive assessment， TIPS intervention effectively alleviated the symptoms of portal hypertension and controlled ascites. The nursing plan mainly included systematic preoperative assessment and preparation， strict postoperative complication monitoring and prevention， integration of traditional Chinese emotional regulation and symptom management. After implementing individualized and precise combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing， the patient's portal pressure was significantly improved， the rehabilitation process was accelerated， and a good prognosis was ultimately achieved. This case provides a practical reference for the perioperative management of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.
