摘要

本文报道1例6岁男性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的诊疗案例，该患儿在静脉输注阿奇霉素后出现严重胃肠道反应。通过应用中医健脾和中技术进行干预，有效缓解药物相关性胃肠道症状，使患儿耐受性显著改善，最终顺利完成抗感染治疗并康复出院。本案例为儿童肺炎支原体感染治疗中药物不良反应的中医干预提供了实践参考。

Abstract

This article reports a case of a 6-year-old male child with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. The child experienced severe gastrointestinal reactions after intravenous infusion of azithromycin. Through the application of traditional Chinese medicine techniques for strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the middle， the drug-related gastrointestinal symptoms were effectively alleviated， significantly improving the child's tolerance. Eventually， the child successfully completed the anti-infection treatment and was discharged from the hospital. This case provides practical reference for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in drug adverse reactions during the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.
