摘要

本文总结1例在中医理论指导下，基于“脾主运化”理论，采用经穴推拿联合温阳罐技术治疗代谢综合征患者的护理经验。治疗过程中密切观察患者体征指数、排便情况、睡眠质量及焦虑状态等指标，同时辅以健康指导和心理疏导等综合干预措施。经系统治疗后，患者体征指标显著改善，便溏、失眠及焦虑等临床症状均得到有效缓解。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a metabolic syndrome patient under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theory， specifically applying meridian massage combined with moxibustion cupping based on the "Spleen-Dominated Transformation" theory. During the treatment process， the patient's physical indicators， bowel movements， sleep quality， and anxiety levels were closely monitored， supplemented by health education and psychological counseling. After systematic intervention， the patient's clinical symptoms， including loose stools， insomnia， and anxiety， were significantly alleviated， with notable improvements in physiological parameters.
