摘要

本文总结1例老年脾肾阳虚型便秘患者的中医护理经验。在中医辨证理论的指导下，通过实施中药膏摩联合艾灸治疗，配合饮食指导、情志护理等常规护理措施，有效改善患者便秘的临床症状，对提高患者生活质量具有积极意义。

Abstract

This article summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing experience of an elderly patient with spleen-kidney yang deficiency constipation. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation theory， the combined application of herbal ointment massage and moxibustion， along with routine nursing measures such as dietary guidance and emotional care， effectively alleviated the patient’s constipation symptoms， demonstrating positive significance in improving the patient’s quality of life.
