摘要
本文以1例多发性骨髓瘤独居老年患者为研究对象，针对其因疾病症状、治疗等因素导致社交活动减少而引发的社交隔离与孤独感问题，采用中西医结合护理实施针对性干预。该护理方案涵盖一般护理、中医护理及人文护理，有效改善患者的孤独感及社交隔离，提升其生活质量。
Abstract
This study focused on an elderly patient living alone with multiple myeloma （MM）， addressing social isolation and loneliness caused by disease symptoms and treatment-related factors through targeted interventions of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing. The nursing protocol included general care， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing， and humanistic care， effectively alleviating the patient's loneliness and social isolation while improving quality of life.
