目的

本文通过分析1例胃肠积热型便秘患儿采用小儿推拿联合耳穴贴压治疗的护理经验，探讨中医外治疗法在儿童便秘中的应用可行性。
方法

在中医辨证施护理论指导下，实施小儿推拿联合耳穴贴压干预以改善患儿便秘症状。
结果

经上述中医护理技术干预后，患儿排便频率由1次/4 d改善为1次/1 d，大便性状较前明显好转。
结论
2
小儿推拿联合耳穴贴压治疗胃肠积热型便秘患儿效果显著，安全性良好，可为临床提供参考。
Abstract
Objective

This paper analyzes the nursing experience of a child with constipation of intestinal heat syndrome treated by pediatric tuina combined with auricular point pressing therapy， and explores the feasibility of applying traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods in children with constipation.
Methods

Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， pediatric tuina combined with auricular point pressing therapy was implemented to improve the constipation symptoms of the child.
Results

After the intervention of the above traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques， the child's defecation frequency improved from once every 4 days to once a day， and the stool consistency was significantly better than before.
Conclusion

The combination of pediatric tuina and auricular point pressing therapy is effective and safe in treating children with constipation of intestinal heat syndrome， and can provide a reference for clinical practice.
