摘要
本文总结1例胃间质瘤术后并发胃排空障碍患者的护理经验。患者因胃肠间质瘤于外院行腹腔病损切除术联合大网膜切除术后，持续出现恶心、呕吐等症状，诊断为胃瘫，遂予鼻饲肠内营养支持治疗。入院后实施快速康复护理联合中医护理干预，即穴位艾灸（1次/d，15 min/穴）与中药膏摩（1次/d，30 min/次）。经12 d综合干预后，患者营养不良状况显著改善，焦虑情绪有效缓解。结果表明，穴位艾灸与中药膏摩的中医护理技术操作简便、疗效确切，可有效改善术后胃瘫患者的临床症状并提升生活质量，具有临床推广价值。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with gastric emptying disorder following surgery for a gastrointestinal stromal tumor. The patient underwent laparoscopic lesion resection combined with omentectomy at an external hospital and subsequently developed persistent nausea and vomiting， leading to a diagnosis of gastroparesis. Nasogastric enteral nutrition support was initiated. Upon admission， a comprehensive intervention was implemented， integrating enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） protocols with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing techniques， including acupoint moxibustion （once daily， 15 minutes per acupoint） and Chinese herbal ointment massage （once daily， 30 minutes per session）. After 12 days of combined therapy， the patient demonstrated significant improvement in nutritional status and marked alleviation of anxiety. The results indicate that these TCM nursing methods—acupoint moxibustion and herbal ointment massage—are straightforward to administer， clinically effective， and capable of ameliorating postoperative gastroparesis symptoms while enhancing quality of life， underscoring their potential for broader clinical application.
