摘要

本报告介绍1例阑尾炎术后并发肠梗阻患者的围手术期中西医结合护理过程。在西医常规治疗基础上，结合中医辨证施护，采用中药灌肠、穴位贴敷、耳穴压丸、中药热奄包外敷及情志调护等综合护理措施。通过精心护理，患者腹胀腹痛症状显著缓解，肠功能恢复，焦虑情绪显著改善；住院期间未发生电解质紊乱、肠坏死、腹腔感染等严重并发症，出院时已掌握疾病自我管理要点。本案例证实，中西医结合护理在阑尾炎术后肠梗阻患者康复中具有显著优势，可有效促进肠功能恢复、缩短住院时间、降低并发症风险。

Abstract

This report presents the perioperative integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing process for a patient with ileus following appendectomy. On the basis of conventional Western medical treatment， integrated nursing interventions were implemented， including TCM syndrome differentiation-based care， Chinese herbal enema， acupoint application， auricular point pressing， Chinese herbal hot compress， and emotional nursing. Through meticulous care， the patient experienced significant relief of abdominal distension and pain， recovery of intestinal function， and marked improvement in anxiety. No severe complications such as electrolyte imbalance， intestinal necrosis， or intra-abdominal infection occurred during hospitalization. At discharge， the patient had mastered key self-management skills for the condition. This case confirms that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing offers significant advantages in the rehabilitation of post-appendectomy ileus patients， effectively promoting intestinal function recovery， shortening hospital stay， and reducing complication risks.
