摘要

本文总结1例采用耳穴贴压联合皮内针疗法治疗肺癌相关性失眠的临床护理实践。医护团队在为患者实施耳穴贴压与皮内针埋置操作后，同步指导患者掌握正确的穴位按压手法与频率，同时配合基础常规护理、中医调护膳食指导、用药监护及情志疏导等干预措施。经规范干预后，有效改善该患者因肺癌疾病困扰引发的失眠症状，帮助患者提升夜间睡眠质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing practice of one patient with lung cancer-related insomnia treated by auricular point pressing combined with intradermal needling. After performing auricular point pressing and intradermal needle embedding on the patient， the medical team guided the patient to master the correct acupoint pressing techniques and frequency in parallel， along with implementing routine basic nursing， TCM dietary guidance， medication monitoring and emotional counseling as auxiliary interventions. After standardized intervention， the patient's insomnia caused by the distress of lung cancer was effectively improved， and the patient’s nighttime sleep quality was significantly enhanced.
