摘要

本文总结1例因病情需要多次置入PICC的胰腺恶性肿瘤患者，经右侧上臂行PICC置管时出现送管困难的护理体会。患者血管条件较差，置管过程中导管送入不畅，阻力明显，无法顺利到达预定位置。通过对送管困难的原因进行分析，探讨预防措施及通过改变患者置管侧上臂位置等处理方法，最终成功完成置管。本文总结临床经验并提出建议，旨在为临床处理PICC置管过程中出现的送管困难提供参考依据。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a pancreatic malignancy patient who required multiple PICC placements and encountered difficulty in catheter advancement during right upper-arm PICC insertion. The patient had poor vascular conditions， resulting in significant resistance and failure to advance the catheter to the predetermined position. By analyzing the causes of difficult catheter advancement and implementing preventive measures—including adjusting the arm position during insertion—the procedure was ultimately completed successfully. This case provides clinical insights and recommendations to address similar challenges in PICC placement.
