摘要

本文总结1例卵巢癌术后并发双下肢淋巴水肿患者的中医护理经验。患者术后出现双下肢及腹股沟淋巴结肿大，基于中医辨证施护原则，应用中药膏摩及中药热奄包等中医特色护理技术，并结合生活护理、饮食调护及情志护理等综合干预措施。结果显示，患者双下肢水肿有效缓解，术后恢复良好，生活质量得到提升。

Abstract

This article summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing experience for a postoperative ovarian cancer patient with bilateral lower limb lymphedema. The patient developed swelling in the lower limbs and inguinal lymph nodes after surgery. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation and holistic nursing principles， interventions included herbal ointment massage （Gao Mo） and medicinal hot compress （Re Yan Bao）， complemented by lifestyle guidance， dietary therapy， and emotional regulation. The results demonstrated significant alleviation of edema， enhanced postoperative recovery， and improved quality of life.
