摘要
本文总结1例应用耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷改善重症心力衰竭患者喘憋的护理体会。在冠心病重症监护病房常规护理的基础上，通过实施包含耳穴压丸、穴位贴敷等中医特色技术，有效缓解患者喘憋症状，协助稳定生命体征。此中西医结合护理模式为改善重症心力衰竭患者的呼吸困难提供实践参考。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrating auricular acupressure and acupoint application to manage dyspnea in a patient with severe heart failure. Building upon routine care in the coronary care unit （CCU）， the implementation of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques， including auricular seed embedding and herbal acupoint patches， effectively relieved respiratory distress and contributed to stabilizing vital signs. This integrated TCM-Western nursing approach provides practical insights for improving dyspnea in critical heart failure patients.
