摘要
探讨中西医结合护理联合叙事疗法在胃癌晚期患者安宁疗护中的应用效果。以1例71岁胃癌晚期患者为研究对象，采用叙事疗法帮助患者重构疾病认知、缓解焦虑情绪，并强化家属支持系统；同时联合中医适宜技术（如中药热奄包）与西医对症支持治疗缓解临床症状，实施系统化躯体照护。该模式可全面控制症状群、深化心理社会支持、提升家庭参与度，实现身心灵整合照护，对优化晚期肿瘤患者临终关怀实践具有参考价值，建议在临床推广应用。
Abstract
This study explores the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with narrative therapy in palliative care for advanced gastric cancer patients. A 71-year-old patient with advanced gastric cancer was selected as the research subject. Narrative therapy was used to help the patient reconstruct their disease perception， alleviate anxiety， and strengthen the support system of the family. At the same time， traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques （such as hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine） and Western medicine symptomatic and supportive treatments were combined to relieve clinical symptoms and implement systematic physical care. This model can comprehensively control symptom clusters， deepen psychological and social support， enhance family participation， and achieve integrated care of body， mind， and spirit. It has reference value for optimizing the practice of end-of-life care for advanced cancer patients and is recommended for clinical promotion and application.
