目的

总结1例老年布病合并椎旁脓肿术后患者的中西医结合护理经验。
方法
2
在全面护理评估基础上，针对患者术后存在的疼痛、营养风险、焦虑、睡眠障碍等问题，实施包括个性化营养支持、疼痛阶梯管理、精细化伤口管理等西医常规护理，并结合中药外敷、穴位按摩、艾灸、五音疗法等中医特色护理。
结果

患者伤口甲级愈合，感染指标恢复正常，疼痛评分由6分降至2分，焦虑状态显著改善，顺利出院。
结论

中西医结合护理可有效缓解老年布病术后患者的疼痛与焦虑，促进伤口愈合，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective

To summarize the experience of integrative Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a postoperative elderly patient with brucellosis complicated by paraspinal abscess.
Methods
2
Based on comprehensive nursing assessment， addressing issues such as postoperative pain， nutritional risk， anxiety， and sleep disorders， we implemented Western medicine routine care including individualized nutritional support， pain management by steps， and meticulous wound management， and combined with traditional Chinese medicine such as external application of herbs， acupoint massage， moxibustion， and five-tone therapy.
Results

The patient achieved grade A wound healing， infection indicators returned to normal， pain score decreased from 6 points to 2 points， anxiety state significantly improved， and was discharged smoothly.
Conclusion

Integrative Chinese and Western medicine nursing can effectively alleviate pain and anxiety in elderly patients after brucellosis surgery， promote wound healing， and is worthy of clinical promotion.
