摘要

本文总结1例失眠合并腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理经验，重点分析通砭刮痧与耳穴压豆疗法的联合应用效果。通过耳部涂抹精油配合铜砭刮痧，辅助耳穴压豆治疗失眠，同时缓解腰椎间盘突出症状。患者经两个疗程耳穴贴敷后，失眠显著改善，腰痛症状亦明显减轻。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with insomnia comorbid with lumbar disc herniation， focusing on the combined therapeutic effects of copper-Bian Gua Sha and auricular plaster therapy. By applying essential oils to the ears alongside copper-Bian Gua Sha， the auricular plaster therapy not only alleviated insomnia but also improved symptoms of lumbar disc herniation. After two treatment courses of auricular plaster application， the patient’s insomnia significantly improved， and low back pain was markedly relieved.
